Our ‘Leadership Excellence – Senior Management’ program is an intervention designed for senior leaders, involving 2-day training on the core essentials of senior leadership, which an exhaustive 3-month phase of application-based learning of the concepts in real-life scenarios will follow. In the end, a 2-day classroom intervention will focus on peer-to-peer learning based on the various real-life challenges faced by the participants during the 3-month implementation phase.
